Dolthene - Deworming treatment for dogs

Dolthene is a liquid suspension that you can put on your pet's food. Dolthene is a deworming treatment made from oxfendazole. Dolthene is a broad spectrum, easy-to-use dewormer for optimum protection of your dog from parasites.

The main roundworm (Ascaris, Trichuris and Ancylostoma) and flatworm (Taenia, Dipylidium) species are treated with Dolthene. Dolthene comes in three different sizes, each with a pipette graduated in kg for precise dosage. The appealing flavour of Dolthene make it a great deworming treatment!

Indications - Dolthene

Dolthene Dog is a curative treatment for roundworm (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworm (Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense), whipworm (Trichuris vulpis) and tapeworm (Taenia hydatigena, Dipylidium caninum).

Constituents - Dolthene

• Oxfendazole 22.65 mg.
• Sorbic acid (E200) 1.50 mg.
• Excipient QSP 1 ml.

Dosage - Dolthene

Dolthene should be administered orally.

• For dogs up to 13 kg: DOLTHENE 20 ml
• For dogs between 13 and 33 kg: DOLTHENE 50 ml
• For dogs between 33 and 66 kg: DOLTHENE 100 ml

Administer 11.3 mg of Dolthene per kg daily for three consecutive days, orally. In other words, administer 0.5 ml of Dolthene per kg daily for three consecutive days.

Dispense the required amount of Dolthene using the applicator graduated in kg. Mix the Dolthene suspension with your pet’s food or dispense it directly into your dog's mouth.

Contraindications - Dolthene

Do not administer Dolthene to bitches in the 35 first days of pregnancy.

Adverse side effects - Dolthene

In very rare cases, dogs might experience digestive issues such as vomiting or anorexia.
