Indications - Amflee Combo for cats

Amflee Combo for cats protects your cat from flea, tick and lice infestations. Amflee Combo Cat formula was specifically designed to:

• Eradicate cat fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.); effective for 4 weeks.
• Prevent the propagation of fleas by inhibiting egg, larva and pupae development for up to 6 weeks after application.
• Eliminate ticks (Ixodes Ricinus, Dermacentor variabilis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus) for up to 2 weeks.
• Eliminate lice (Felicola subrostratus).

Amflee Combo for cats can be integrated into a treatment programme for flea allergy dermatitis.

Composition - Amflee Combo for cats

Each 0.5 ml pipette contains: 
Active substances:
Fipronil 50 mg
S-Methoprene 60 mg
Excipients:
Butylhydroxyanisole (E320) 0.1mg
Butylhydroxytoluene (E321) 0.05 mg

Instructions for use - Amflee Combo for cats

Hold the Amflee Combo pipette in an upright position and break off the cap with a quick motion. Maintain your cat in a standing position, part the coat on the spine until you can see some skin. Put the tip of the Amflee Combo pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly a few times until the pipette is completely empty. Do this on one or two spots, depending on the cat's size.

Contraindications - Amflee Combo for cats

Do not use Amflee Combo on kittens aged less than 8 weeks or weighing less than 1 kg. Do not use on sick animals (systemic diseases, fever, etc.) or recovering pets. Do not use on rabbits, it could be lethal.

Adverse effects - Amflee Combo for cats

If the cat licks its coat, a brief episode of hypersalivation can occur, due to the nature of the excipient. In extremely rare situations, there can also be skin reactions (redness, itchiness).

Instructions for use - Amflee Combo for cats

Break the cap off the Amflee pipette on the precut part and completely empty it, directly on your pet's skin after having parted the coat. It is better to put the treatment in two spots: at the base of the neck and between the shoulders, to avoid licking.

Do not use Amflee Combo on kittens aged less than 8 weeks or weighing less than 1 kg. Do not use on sick animals (systemic diseases, fever, etc.) or recovering pets. Do not use on rabbits, it could be lethal.

• Regularly bathing and shampooing your cat does not significantly reduce the effectiveness of the Amflee Combo for cats against fleas and ticks. However, for greater effectiveness, do not bathe the cat for two days following the treatment.
• Avoid contact with fingers. If you accidentally touch the product, wash your hands with clean water and soap. Wash your hands after use. Avoid touching your pet in the few hours after applying the product.
• Do not smoke, drink or eat during the application of the treatment.
• Keep away from children.

Precautions in case of pregnancy or lactation - Amflee Combo for cats

Studies on laboratory animals have not shown any teratogenic or embryotoxic effect due to the fipronil contained in Amflee Combo Spot-On. Therefore, use on gestating or lactating cats is not contraindicated.

Special precautions for use - Amflee Combo for cats

Do not touch your pet and do not allow children to play with it until the application spot is completely dry. We recommend that you treat the animal in the evening, and the pet should not be allowed to sleep with its owner, particularly not with children.
