Box of 100 syringes to inject insulin dosed at 40 UI/ml (Caninsulin) for dogs and cats. These syringes have the following benefits:

• They make it possible to inject up to 40 UI of Caninsulin and are graduated every 1 UI, making it easier to inject smaller doses (ideal for diabetic cats and small dogs).

• The needle is attached, thereby eliminating dead space at the hub and reducing the amount of Caninsulin wasted with each injection.

• The needle gage is 28 G - 0.30 x 12 mm to ensure a more efficient and less painful injection.

Caninsulin is a porcine insulin that is used to treat diabetes mellitus in dogs and cat to control glycemia (blood glucose levels).

Injections of Caninsulin must be subcutaneous; this involves taking some loose skin between your thumb and index finger and inserting the needle under the skin, so that the Caninsulin is injected between the skin and the muscle layer.
