Indications

Zenifel is recommended for the comfort of cats in sudden or unpredictable stressful situations, and to help during travel, veterinary visits, introductions to a new home or cohabitation.

Directions for use

Shake the Zenifel spray before use. Spray into the environment (do not spray directly onto the animal). It is recommended to wait at least 15 minutes before allowing the cat to approach treated areas.

For a stressful event: spray at least 15 minutes beforehand.

For travel: apply 2 to 3 sprays to the base and corners of the carrier 15 minutes before placing the cat inside; repeat every 6 hours if necessary for long journeys.

For urine marking: spray 10-20 cm of the vertical surface concerned, 1 to 2 sprays per day for 1 to 4 weeks depending on the situation.

For a new household or introduction: apply to at least 6 central areas per room, once daily for 1 to 4 weeks (or 1 to 2 months for multi-cat households, according to the manufacturer's recommendations).

Precautions for use

Zenifel is for external use only. Do not spray directly on the animal. Keep out of reach of children. May contain crystals at low temperature (they disappear at room temperature). May be yellowish without affecting efficacy. Highly flammable liquid and vapour: keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames; no smoking. Store in a cool place and dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.
